Hey! I’m Domiana

I help overwhelmed, exhausted moms thrive and become better moms by creating balance, ease, and energy in their lives. 

I know what it’s like to be impatient with your kids and snap.

I know what it’s like to feel lonely and isolated.

I know what it’s like to feel exhausted when you wake up.

I know what it’s like to just float and go through the motions.

What can I expect in Mom Support?
You’ll have access to 8 pre-recorded modules delivered to you each week except for the 2 integration weeks. During integration we will not meet. Let it marinate. Take this time to savor the space and allow your mind, body and soul to integrate everything you’ve learned.

You’ll also have soul assignments and additional resources available to you. Don’t worry I created this program with the busy mom in mind. Moms in Mom Support are overwhelmed and exhausted as it is, and I am not trying to add to that. The work that we do together alleviates and lightens the weight of motherhood.

You’ll also be stepping into a, loving, non-judgmental, safe space for you to thrive in. So don’t worry if you’re shy or uncomfortable in group settings, I promise you will be welcomed with open arms. You’ll also be apart of an intimate group of ahhmazing women.

In between weekly live coaching calls, you’ll be a vital part of our community Voxer chat. So much happens in a week and I want to ensure that you’re supported through it all. In this space you’ll also have unlimited access to me. I check in, hold you accountable to complete assignments, and you can ask me ANYTHING.


Can you do this program at your own pace?
No. I’ve sold on-demand courses—which are great and convenient, but it’s also super convenient not to watch on-demand courses when life gets inconvenient. I’m sure you’ve bought a course/program with every intention of chaining your life only to not finish or even start.. I’ve also noticed that people would watch the on-demand modules but never apply the knowledge, do the action step required, or get to embodiment. I’ve found that you get the best results through a live coaching experience because you have these three components

1) community - Voxer group chat

2) a strategic game plan - modules

3) accountability - the investment, me (coach, cheerleader, #1 fan, advocate), assignments/action items, and community of dope moms lifting you all the way up.

Most on-demand courses/programs are missing one or two components (usually community or accountability), but Mom Support provides you with all three components to create lasting changes and massive transformation in your life.

I’ve bought other online programs and they overpromised and underdelivered. I’m skeptical to invest again.

My Story

Being a new mom, isolated and alone in a new city while your man is gone for months at a time *yet again* brought up stuff—resentment, jealousy, anger, fear, insecurity, doubt, hopelessness, just to name a few.

You see, he's a professional basketball player and we're constantly rooting and uprooting each season to a different city or country. Sometimes it works out & we're all under one roof. Other times it just doesn’t work that way. It gets real lonely. It gets real hard. It takes a special kind of woman to hold down the fort & raise the babies all while taking care of herself. 

I went through the majority of my first pregnancy alone, isolated, in a different city from my family, friends, and support system. I thought my new role as mom would help me feel more purpose and not like I was following my husband around the globe. I know now that I lost myself so much in his career. 

I was managing and things were “fine”. My life seemed great on the outside and to everyone else it seemed like I had it all—the husband with a dope career, family, and the luxury to stay at home and not work. But on the inside, I was crying for help. I remember saying daily, “I didn’t sign up for this” or “this can’t be my life for the rest of my life”  or “this is temporary, they won’t be this young and dependent forever," "I don’t know how much more of this I can take”. On top of that we found out I was pregnant with #2.

I pulled myself out of the funk and have empowered hundreds of other women to do the same. 

I've written TWO best-selling books: “Help! My Husband is Hardly Home” and “Help! I Need a Break from Motherhood”. I facilitate women’s circles, workshops, programs and serve as a healer and coach helping women work through trauma because your kids trigger the mess out of you.

On paper, I have two bachelor’s degrees, a master’s degree in Communications, countless academic-related certifications, and a couple yoga certifications.

Now, I help exhausted, overwhelmed moms shift their mindset and heal so they can become better moms and create more balance, ease and energy in their lives.
