Cancellation Policy

Cancellations/Reschedules:

When you book time with me, you are holding space on my calendar that is no longer available to someone else who is ready to make a massive transformation in their life. In order to be respectful of everyone's time and energy, please cancel/reschedule as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation/reschedule is necessary, we require that you cancel/reschedule through the booking site or email my Healing Support Team at support@kdomiana.com more than 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another person–who is able to show up for themselves–an opportunity to that appointment time.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows:

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a person misses an appointment without canceling or is more than 10 minutes late. In either case, you will be unable to schedule anything in the future if you are a late cancellation or a no-show.
